RSC+ is an enhancement to LinkedIn's flagship ATS integration, Recruiter System Connect (RSC). For Tracker customers who also use LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, RSC+ unlocks AI-powered evaluations on all ATS applicants using combined LinkedIn and Tracker data. Insights sync to Tracker in real time, helping teams build unified shortlists and make faster, smarter hiring decisions.
The Problem This Solves
The pressure on recruiting teams has never been greater. LinkedIn research found that 86 percent of recruiters say their CEO is relying on them to build the workforce of the future.
