ELOshieldAl integrates tag-based technology with Al-powered vision detection to deliver unparalleled protection for pedestrians and vehicles in high-risk industrial settings
ATLANTA: #ELOKON--At MODEX 2026, ELOKON will feature its new ELOshieldAI, an advanced safety system that combines proven tag-based proximity detection with AI-powered vision detection to deliver a dual-layer, comprehensive collision-prevention solution for forklifts and other material handling equipment. The system can be installed on nearly any new or existing material handling equipment and customized to the needs of warehouses, industrial sites and logistics hubs, even those with cluttered layouts, complex workflows, or low-visibility conditions. Attendees can experience ELOshieldAI in booth C11990 in Atlanta April 13-16.
“Keeping employees safe while protecting expensive equipment is of utmost importance for any facility,” said Alex Glasmacher, CEO of ELOKON. “With ELOshieldAI, operators can rely on on-body pedestrian alerts from UWB-based badges for high-precision detection; tagless AI-camera detection that identifies and analyzes pedestrian behavior in real time; or a combination of both. Together, these technologies create an intelligent, fail-safe approach to safety for both pedestrians and the forklifts.”
By integrating ELOKON’s proven ELOshield (UWB-based tagged) and ELOvision (AI-based vision) platforms, ELOshieldAI delivers:
ELOKON presents more product innovations, three educational seminars, at MODEX
In addition to ELOshieldAI, ELOKON will demonstrate:
In addition to the technology demonstrations, Glasmacher will present three seminars exploring the revolutionary impact of sensor data fusion technology on the material handling industry. Each seminar, entitled “How Sensor Data Fusion is Enabling New and Transformative Forklift Safety and Fleet Management Products,” will delve into the critical importance of forklift safety and effective fleet management, focusing on how the integration of advanced sensor technologies helps merge these solutions into a single product.
Attendees will learn how:
These seminars will take place on April 14 at 10:30 a.m. in theater C; April 15 at 11:15 a.m. in theater B, and April 16 at 9:30 a.m. in theater C.
