SAN RAFAEL, Calif.: Radiant Logic, a pioneer of the Identity Data Fabric and a leader in Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), today announced the appointment of Dave Becker as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Becker will lead Radiant Logic’s global post-sales organization, including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support, with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes, accelerating time-to-value, and driving long-term retention and expansion.

Becker brings more than a decade of experience scaling global services organizations across enterprise software and cybersecurity. Most recently, as VP of Professional Services at Chargebee, he led global onboarding and adoption for mid-market and enterprise customers, driving services, GTM maturity, financial performance, and faster time-to-value. Previously, he held senior roles at Trellix and McAfee, where he managed large-scale delivery operations, owned a $40M services P&L, and supported the integration of FireEye’s services organization.
