Enabling Scalable Power for the Rapid Expansion of Digital Infrastructure

MILWAUKEE, Wis.: Rehlko today announced plans to expand its U.S. assembly capacity with a new facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin, strengthening its ability to deliver high-performance, resilient power solutions to hyperscale data center customers amid sustained growth in AI-driven workloads and digital infrastructure.

“The demand environment for data center power is both strong and durable, and our customers need partners who can execute at scale,” said Brian Melka, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rehlko. “This investment expands our capacity in a disciplined way, building on capabilities we already have in place and reinforcing our position as a trusted provider of mission-critical power solutions.”

The new site will support assembly of Rehlko’s integrated eFRAME enclosures for backup generator solutions up to 4MW, which are widely deployed in environments where uptime and reliability are essential. The addition of this facility is a critical piece of Rehlko’s plan to expand capacity by more than 400% through the decade, enabling faster delivery and greater responsiveness as customers scale.

Demand for reliable, scalable power continues to accelerate as artificial intelligence, data-intensive applications, and evolving grid dynamics increase both the complexity and criticality of energy infrastructure. Rehlko has been at the forefront of this shift, partnering with hyperscale and colocation providers to design and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards for performance, resilience, and speed to deployment.

The Kenosha facility is designed to support efficient, high-quality assembly operations at scale, with dedicated assembly lines and optimized logistics flow. Initial production is expected to begin in late 2026, with full operational capacity reached in early 2027.

This investment reflects Rehlko’s disciplined approach to growth-expanding capacity in a targeted, capital-efficient manner to support long-term customer demand while enhancing operational performance. By building on its existing U.S. manufacturing footprint near its global headquarters, the company is strengthening its ability to deliver with speed, consistency, and reliability across its operations.

With more than a century of engineering expertise and a growing presence in some of the world’s most demanding data center environments, Rehlko continues to invest in capabilities that reinforce its leadership in energy resilience. As digital infrastructure expands, the company remains focused on enabling customers to scale with confidence in an increasingly complex power landscape.
