Leading field service technology provider responds to growing demand for more connected frontline operations across Canada
TORONTO: #BusinessAutomation--Totalmobile has announced its expansion into Canada, including the appointment of David Sheridan as Regional Director for Canada and the launch of a new Toronto-based Canadian headquarters to serve customers across the region.
The expansion comes as organizations across Canada continue to invest in modernizing frontline operations amid ongoing labor shortages, rising service expectations, and increasing operational complexity caused by disconnected legacy systems.
Supporting more than 500,000 daily users across 1,000 organizations globally, Totalmobile’s Field First platform helps customers simplify frontline operations by bringing together job management, scheduling, workforce rostering, and AI-driven field service intelligence within a single, scalable platform designed specifically for field teams.
“Canada represents an important next step for Totalmobile and a strategically important market as we continue expanding our international presence,” said Phil Race, CEO of Totalmobile.
“Organizations are under increasing pressure to simplify operations, improve visibility, and deliver better frontline services, and we believe there's a real opportunity to support that with our more connected approach.
“We're bringing proven experience from other international markets while building a strong local presence from day one, and we're looking forward to working closely with teams across Canada as they continue modernizing service delivery.”
Based in Toronto, David Sheridan will lead Totalmobile’s Canadian operations and work with organizations looking to enhance field service delivery. He brings more than 20 years’ experience leading growth across enterprise technology markets in North America.
David said, “Totalmobile is not entering Canada as an unknown quantity. Our platform has been proven at scale in some of the most demanding field service environments internationally, and we're bringing that experience directly to Canadian organizations.
“We've already seen the operational benefits customers achieve when frontline services are brought together through a single platform. There’s a real opportunity to apply that experience locally and support organizations looking to modernize how field services are delivered while delivering greater operational value.”
The Canadian launch marks Totalmobile’s third international expansion beyond the UK in the past three years, reflecting continued momentum and growing demand for its Field First platform. Totalmobile also collaborates with a network of renowned strategic partners, including CGI and Sopra Steria, across the UK, Europe and APAC to support major field service transformation programs.
