MILWAUKEE: #CyberRisk--Zywave, a leading provider of insurance technology solutions, celebrated the cyber risk industry’s top individuals and firms at the 13th annual Cyber Risk Awards at Gotham Hall in New York City on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
The winners in 20 categories were announced at a black-tie gala dinner for 450 attendees. Abacus, Arete, The Beckage Firm, CFC, Epiq, Gordon Rees, Pondurance, S-RM, Terra Dygital and Wood Smith Henning & Berman sponsored the event.
Cyber risk remains one of the most complex challenges facing businesses today, increasing pressure on the insurance industry to help organizations navigate a fast-changing threat landscape. As a result, insurers, brokers and cyber risk specialists are refining underwriting practices, gaining deeper understanding and visibility into cyber exposures, as well as helping organizations build stronger resilience through closer collaboration, proactive risk management and AI-era cyber insurance-specific solutions.
“Cyber risk dominates every industry discussion, news headline and conversations with organizations of all sizes, and these awards recognize the people and companies who are truly shaping the cyber risk marketplace,” said Jeff Cohen, Zywave Senior Vice President. “Determined by the people’s choice, the industry’s only democratic voting process, our 20 winners as well as our finalists deserve a hearty round of congratulations. Thank you to the thousands who voted, everyone who made this night a success, and the cyber risk professionals who continue to elevate our industry.”
Since 2013, Zywave’s Cyber Risk Awards have honored the people and companies at the forefront of the cyber risk industry. Seven individuals and 13 companies were recognized with awards at this year’s event.
This year’s program included presentations by David Anderson of SecondSight; Alexandra Bretschneider of Johnson, Kendall & Johnson; Jeremy Gittler of Resilience; Lindsey Maher of CFC; Emily Selck of Baldwin, David Shluger of AXIS Capital; Tresa Stephens of Allianz, and Violet Sullivan of Crum & Forster, who each provided a unique perspective on the Cyber Risk marketplace and its various participants.
