New AI capabilities across underwriting, policy administration, specialty operations, premium audit, compliance, and finance help insurers move faster without sacrificing oversight

HARTFORD, Conn.: Insurity, a leading provider of cloud-based software for insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs, today announced the release of Cassiopeia, delivering new capabilities that help insurers eliminate operational friction across underwriting, policy administration, premium audit, specialty operations, and financial workflows. With AI-guided decision support, expanded automation, stronger compliance controls, and deeper ecosystem connectivity, Cassiopeia helps insurers move faster without sacrificing the visibility and control required to manage complex insurance operations.

Across the insurance lifecycle, even small workflow inefficiencies can create downstream delays that compound over time. Cassiopeia introduces enhancements that simplify complex workflows, reduce manual effort, and help teams accelerate critical operations across the insurance lifecycle.

Key innovations within the Cassiopeia release enable insurers to:

  • Accelerate underwriting decisions with AI-guided risk insights: AI-guided support delivered directly within geospatial workflows, combined with new U.S. boundary-based accumulations and expanded risk data sources, strengthens pricing and portfolio decisions.
  • Remove delays from everyday policy work: Real-time notifications, improved screen layouts, and streamlined workers' compensation processes help users complete policy transactions more efficiently.
  • Simplify complex financial and compliance operations: New multicurrency processing capabilities, enhanced sanctions screening, and HIPAA-readiness improvements provide stronger financial and compliance controls.
  • Expand distribution opportunities while simplifying connectivity: Expanded APIs, embedded insurance capabilities, and automated data sharing make it easier to streamline integrations and extend insurance workflows into partner ecosystems.
  • Eliminate manual work across audit and field operations: Automated premium audit workflows, account-level surveys, and mobile productivity enhancements reduce repetitive tasks.

The full list of Cassiopeia features is available on Insurity’s website.

"Speed is a competitive advantage in insurance and AI is enabling insurers to accelerate many parts of insurance operations quickly, but speed without control creates new risks," said Jatin Atre, President of Insurity. "Cassiopeia helps insurers eliminate unnecessary friction across the business while maintaining the oversight required to operate confidently at scale. Our latest release is designed to help customers accelerate their operations using AI without losing visibility into the decisions, processes, and data that drive their business."

Cassiopeia reflects Insurity's continued focus on solving the operational challenges that slow insurers down. Cassiopeia delivers practical enhancements that help insurers operate with greater agility, maintain stronger oversight, and get more value from the workflows they rely on every day.
