Founded by Renil Komitla, the 200-seat facility is already home to companies building AI products for enterprise, cybersecurity, education, healthcare, design, and marketing markets worldwide.
NELLORE, India: #AI--The Nexus Innovation Hub, a 200-seat technology and product-development facility in Nellore, a Tier-2 City in Andhra Pradesh has officially launched with Seven technology companies in residence and a stated target of 1,000 technology jobs within two years. Founded by Renil Komitla, who built Terralogic Solutions Inc. into a global IT services firm of 1,400+ professionals across 13 offices in five countries, Nexus Innovation Hub is designed as a shared infrastructure model for building competitive technology products outside India’s traditional metropolitan hubs.
The hub currently houses 120 technology professionals. Its Seven resident companies span enterprise software, cybersecurity, education technology, healthcare AI, design, and marketing, and several are serving clients in international markets. Blazeup.ai, enterprise AI platform, is backed by Bridger Holdings LLC, co-founded by Jim Davidson(who also co-founded Silver Lake Partners, a global technology investment firm with approximately $110 billion in AUM).

Resident companies include Terralogic Solutions Inc., the hub’s anchor company; Blazeup.ai; FlyView.ai; Smartail.ai (DeepGrade); DXP Technologies; Caramelo Studio, a MarTech Company; and Lollypop Design Studio, a UX design agency, and with clients across more than 15 countries.
Nexus Innovation Hub operates as a shared infrastructure model, providing resident companies with power, connectivity, and recruitment infrastructure. The hub is targeting full capacity for 200-250 people within eight months and continues to welcome new residents.
Also, Nexus Innovation Hub supports local entrepreneurs through mentorship and a separate investment program Mr CEO in partnership with PointOne Capital. The launch was attended by senior Andhra Pradesh government and civic officials.
