ALL-REMOTE COMPANY/WILMINGTON, Del.: MediFind, a data-powered online provider directory offered by Phreesia, is announcing the launch of Chloe, its new “Find the Right Provider” chatbot. Chloe is designed to guide patients step by step through the process of finding a provider who fits their needs. It removes challenges around finding care that so often lead to incorrect bookings, scheduling setbacks or abandoning the search for care altogether.

Finding the right doctor-whether for a chronic condition, a specialist referral or a rare disease-can feel overwhelming. Patients may know the type of care they need, but navigating insurance coverage, provider availability and new patient requirements can quickly become a barrier. Chloe addresses this directly by capturing relevant patient information upfront and surfacing tailored provider matches drawn from MediFind’s database of more than 2 million clinicians.

When patients open Chloe on MediFind.com, they are guided through a short conversational intake, including questions about the type of care they are looking for, their location, insurance and any personal preferences. The chatbot then presents provider matches tailored to their answers. Patients can review profiles, compare options and, when a provider feels right, move forward with requesting an appointment directly through the platform. By guiding patients through the process and capturing the right details up front with AI-powered features, the tool makes it easier to find a provider who fits and book with more confidence.

“We built Chloe because we know that finding the right provider is about more than search results, it’s about guidance,” said David Linetsky, President of Phreesia Network Solutions. “By asking the right questions up front, we make it easier for patients to find a provider who actually fits their care needs.”

Access to the right specialist remains one of the most persistent challenges in healthcare. MediFind uses advanced analytics to help consumers navigate the provider search process with data-driven, evidence-based information, making it more efficient and impactful. Chloe deepens that capability by bringing a more personalized, guided experience to patients managing complex, chronic and rare conditions, where finding the right expert can directly affect treatment outcomes.
