A first-of-its-kind transition support program helps ecommerce brands overcome the financial barriers of changing 3PL providers, accelerating cost savings and long-term growth.

LOS ANGELES: #3PL--Flowspace, a modern fulfillment provider that combines powerful technology with expert fulfillment operations, today announced the launch of the Flowspace Fulfillment Freedom Fund, a first-of-its-kind transition support program designed to help ecommerce brands transition from restrictive and outdated third-party logistics (3PL) providers and unlock a more flexible, cost-effective fulfillment strategy.

For many growing brands, the decision to leave a bad 3PL is obvious - but the cost of making the switch is not. Contract termination fees, inventory transfers, system integrations, and implementation costs often prevent businesses from leaving underperforming 3PLs, even when those providers actively drive up costs, provide limited visibility, and lack flexibility to support their growth.

The Flowspace Fulfillment Freedom Fund removes those barriers by providing eligible businesses with an order volume-based transition fund of up to $50,000, helping offset the costs associated with switching fulfillment providers and accelerating time to value.

"Too many brands know their fulfillment partner isn't delivering the service, flexibility, or cost savings they need, but the expense of making a change keeps them stuck," said Ben Eachus, CEO and Co-founder of Flowspace. "We created the Fulfillment Freedom Fund, a first-of-its-kind program to remove that obstacle. Brands should choose the fulfillment partner that's best for their business, not the one they're financially locked into."

Flowspace pairs coast-to-coast fulfillment centers with an AI-supported platform that gives brands a single system of record for inventory, orders, and fulfillment performance - the kind of visibility that legacy 3PLs often can't provide. The result: distributed inventory placed where demand actually is, shipping rates optimized in real time, and order routing that gets packages moving faster, all backed by a fulfillment team focused on one thing: growth.

Flowspace customers save up to 20% on shipping costs, and one high-volume brand saved over $1 million annually, thanks to exclusive optimized shipping rates, inventory placement, and operational efficiencies. The Fulfillment Freedom Fund helps brands begin realizing those savings sooner by offsetting the costs of switching providers.

Eligible businesses may receive:

  • Up to $50,000 in order volume-based transition support to offset 3PL contract exit fees, implementation costs, inventory transfers, and other switching expenses
  • Dedicated onboarding and implementation resources
  • Access to Flowspace's U.S. and Canada fulfillment locations, technology platform, and fulfillment expertise

The program reflects Flowspace's commitment to helping brands build more resilient and cost-effective fulfillment operations as rising shipping costs and increasing customer expectations continue to pressure margins. Unlike long-term 3PL contracts that lock brands into inflexible operations, Flowspace is investing in customer success by removing one of the biggest barriers to a better, long-term fulfillment decision.

"Our customers consistently tell us they wish they'd switched 3PLs sooner," added Eachus. "This program is about giving brands the confidence to move forward by removing one of the biggest obstacles to choosing a fulfillment partner that's built to help them grow."

Applications for the current program are open until September 30, 2026, to a select number of businesses. Eligibility is based on monthly order volume, sales channels, and vertical, and is granted at Flowspace's sole discretion. Accepted brands agree to a 15-month partnership with Flowspace.

For more information about joining the current program for the Flowspace Fulfillment Freedom Fund or to determine eligibility, visit flow.space/fund or schedule a consultation with a Flowspace fulfillment expert. Terms and conditions apply.
