Strategic partnership includes deep technical collaboration on agentic AI development and gigawatt-scale compute capacity
SAN JOSE, Calif.: Hark today announced a multi-year strategic partnership with NVIDIA to advance personalized agentic AI, including a deep technical collaboration and gigawatt-scale compute capacity on the next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.
This announcement comes just ahead of Hark’s upcoming platform launch, which will be available to the public before the end of summer.
AI infrastructure is essential for Hark’s development of useful AI that’s accessible through existing devices and its own bespoke hardware. NVIDIA AI infrastructure has powered the development of the recently announced Hark Handoff, Hark’s industry-leading computer use model. It’s also supporting the distributed inference behind Hark’s platform at release, and the training of Hark’s own foundation models into the future.
"Our partnership with NVIDIA gives Hark the foundation to build the AI that everyone deserves but no one has built yet - one that actually knows you, speaks your language, is highly personalized, and lives on hardware made for you," said Brett Adcock, founder and CEO of Hark. "NVIDIA's platform makes it possible to build that kind of intelligence and put it in people's hands quickly and at scale."
Hark is developing the everyday interface of AI, building multimodal systems that remember who you are and what you plan to do. And NVIDIA is helping to realize this vision rapidly.
Beyond AI infrastructure, Hark is leveraging NVIDIA technologies, including the Megatron stack for model training, Dynamo for inference, permissively licensed Nemotron pretraining data and NVSentinel for GPU cluster resiliency.
“Personalized AI that combines speech, vision and persistent memory requires enormous computing infrastructure across training and inference,” said Nico Caprez, vice president of Global AI Infrastructure Growth at NVIDIA. “By building on NVIDIA’s full-stack accelerated computing platform at gigawatt scale, Hark will have the foundation to develop, train and run AI at scale.”
Hark is developing products that work for everyone. Its agentic systems are designed to interact naturally with people and the real world. The company is developing its models, native hardware, and new interfaces together from the start to transform AI into a human-first experience. Building with NVIDIA provides the foundation to scale this generational technology.
Hark will bring its initial AI platform to market soon.
