SAN JOSE, Calif.: Pulpstream, a provider of AI-powered leave and accommodations management technology, today announced the expansion of its Partner Program, designed to help benefits brokers, consultants, third-party administrators (TPAs), professional employer organizations (PEOs), and other HR partners support organizations looking to modernize leave administration, strengthen compliance processes, and move away from manual workflows.
The program gives partners a dedicated way to introduce Pulpstream to clients facing challenges with leave of absence, FMLA compliance, and labor-intensive HR processes. Pulpstream works alongside partners to help clients evaluate their existing approach and understand how technology can simplify leave administration while keeping HR teams in control of decisions.
“Leave management has become increasingly difficult for employers to navigate, particularly as organizations operate across multiple states and manage a growing mix of leave requirements,” said Romy Malviya, CEO of Pulpstream. “Our Partner Program gives companies another way to help their clients solve those challenges, while giving HR teams technology that reduces administrative work.”
A central component of Pulpstream’s approach is using AI to assist HR teams rather than replace human decision-making. When an HR team opens a leave case, Pulpstream’s recommendation engine reviews employee data alongside applicable federal and state regulations and the employer’s own policies. The system then suggests a designation and the leave plans that may apply. HR reviews each recommendation and can override it when necessary.
The Partner Program is designed in part for companies whose clients continue to manage leave through paper forms, spreadsheets, or disconnected internal processes.
“Partners understand their clients’ organizations, their people and the operational challenges they’re trying to solve,” Malviya added. “When a partner sees a client struggling with manual leave administration or compliance complexity, we can bring the technology and leave management expertise to the table and work together to build a better process.”
