Former Genentech Senior Vice President Brings More Than 25 Years of Biopharma Experience to Guide Continued Growth and Patient Impact

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.: Claritas Rx, the patient journey experts, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Witt to its Board of Directors. Mr. Witt is an accomplished senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in U.S. and global biopharmaceutical roles. He has a proven record of evaluating market opportunities across diverse therapeutic areas, setting development, commercialization, and corporate strategy, building and scaling enterprise capabilities, and transforming organizations to deliver leading customer experiences.

Mr. Witt is the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where he leads the global commercial organization’s evolution to deliver a seamless, differentiated patient and customer experience across all therapeutic areas.

Before Jazz, Mr. Witt spent nearly 20 years at Genentech, most recently as Senior Vice President of Genentech Business Operations, a 1,000-person organization spanning omnichannel and customer experience, AI and advanced analytics, and patient access and support. He led the company’s Integrated Customer Experience strategy, which delivered $700 million in portfolio revenue in 2024, and guided a multi-year transformation of Genentech’s U.S. organization. He previously held vice president roles in pipeline strategy and commercialization, access and distribution, and market analysis and strategy.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Witt spent four years at Pfizer in neuroscience new product development and three years in healthcare management consulting with Towers Perrin. He holds an MBA in marketing and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics from Princeton University.
