SAN FRANCISCO: Outmarket AI, the leading AI platform purpose-built for insurance, today launched Outmarket Lite, a new self-serve offering that lets any agency or team put Outmarket's AI to work the same day. Outmarket Lite brings the core AI workflows of Outmarket’s flagship platform to smaller agencies, including proposals, quote and policy comparisons, policy reviews, coverage gap analysis, ACORD forms and benefits plan comparisons. These are the same workflows already trusted by more than 300 agencies, including over a quarter of the nation’s Top 100.

Outmarket Lite enables agencies to sign up online and start working right away. As usage expands, teams can move to Outmarket Enterprise, the company’s flagship platform, without changing tools.

Until now, AI built for insurance has largely been designed for large brokerages with enterprise contracts and lengthy implementations. That has left many agencies, who face the same manual workload with far fewer hands, without a practical way to adopt it, even as pressure grows across the industry to deliver faster without sacrificing accuracy. Outmarket Lite removes those barriers. Now every agency can get the same core capabilities that Top 100 agencies use to reclaim hours each week from manual work, reduce errors and omissions risk, accelerate growth, and enhance client service.

“Every insurance agency, regardless of size, should have access to technology that helps their teams work smarter, serve clients better, and grow their business,” said Vishal Sankhla, Co-Founder and CEO of Outmarket. “With Outmarket Lite, we’re making powerful AI capabilities accessible to agencies of all sizes. In just minutes, any agency can sign up, run their first workflow, and experience the impact of AI firsthand.”

Outmarket Lite supports key workflows across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits, including proposal generation, quote comparisons, policy reviews, coverage gap analysis, document verification, ACORD form filling, benefits plan comparisons, and more. Users also have access to Outmarket Vault, Design Studio, AI Assistant, and ongoing support through the Help Center, email, and weekly live webinars.

Pricing and Availability

Outmarket Lite is available today. Pricing starts at $1,000 per seat per year (about $83 per seat per month).

“We built Outmarket to cover the full range of agency work: commercial lines, personal lines and employee benefits, all on one platform,” said Anshu Jain, Co-Founder and CTO at Outmarket. “Lite extends that range to the full spectrum of agencies, because transforming how this industry operates can’t stop at the largest brokerages. It has to reach every agency, of every size.”

Outmarket Enterprise: The Complete AI Operating System for Insurance Agencies

For agencies and brokerages seeking advanced automation at scale, Outmarket Enterprise delivers a powerful suite of AI capabilities across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits.

Outmarket Enterprise offers 30+ Commercial Lines workflows, including tower analysis, SOV extraction, loss run analysis, contract reviews, and an extensive library of ACORD and CSIO forms. It also includes fully automated policy checking, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) Hub, and a dedicated Loss Runs module.

For Employee Benefits, Outmarket Enterprise automates time consuming workflows such as plan comparisons, census analysis, billing reconciliation, contribution analysis, and intelligent Excel template filling, saving teams hours of manual work. Personal Lines teams benefit from advanced proposal generation, quote comparisons, policy reviews, and more.

Enterprise also includes built-in AMS integrations, the Outmarket Data Intelligence Platform, custom AI workflows, flexible deployment options, and dedicated customer success support.

While Outmarket Lite makes AI accessible to agencies of all sizes, Enterprise enables organizations to automate entire business processes and scale AI across their operations. Pricing is tailored to each organization's size and needs.
