Order pairs SCORPIO 1000 deliveries with XOS software licenses, putting into action the standardized-platform, software-led strategy outlined in XTEND’s October 26 letter to shareholders; AI Robotics segment backlog stood at approximately $84 million as of September 30, 2026

TAMPA, Fla.: XTEND AI Robotics (NYSE: XTND) (“XTEND” or the “Company”), the software and execution layer for autonomous systems, today announced that it has secured a $2.35 million order from a Middle Eastern defense customer for its SCORPIO 1000 drone systems, including XOS software licenses.

The order comes one day after XTEND reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of approximately $24.5 to $26.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026-already exceeding the Company’s full-year 2025 revenue-and an AI Robotics segment backlog of approximately $84 million as of September 30, 2026. This order was received after September 30, 2026 and is incremental to the reported backlog. Those figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to completion of quarter-end closing procedures; XTEND expects to report full third quarter results on November 16, 2026.

The order reflects continued international demand for XTEND’s integrated hardware and software solutions and delivers on the strategy set out in the Company’s letter to shareholders: standardized, XOS-powered platforms-STRIKER, SCORPIO 500 and SCORPIO 1000-sold together with XOS software licenses that build potential recurring software revenue alongside hardware deliveries. SCORPIO 1000 is XTEND’s tactical drone platform designed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in complex operational environments, including GPS-denied conditions. XTEND’s autonomous systems are deployed across air, land and maritime domains in more than 30 countries, and this order marks the Company’s second announced order in October, following the $40.5 million Drone Dominance Program award for 6,000 STRIKER systems announced on October 13, 2026.

“Yesterday we told our shareholders where we are taking XTEND: standardized, XOS-powered platforms, sold with software and deployed at scale,” said Aviv Shapira, Co-Founder and CEO of XTEND. “This order is that strategy in action-SCORPIO 1000 systems going into the field with XOS licenses attached. Every system we deliver expands the deployment of XOS, and every XOS deployment deepens our customers’ investment in our ecosystem.”
