Worldly’s comprehensive set of facility-level solutions gives brands and suppliers the data they need to meet a range of reporting requirements, due diligence expectations, and improvement goals.
SAN FRANCISCO: #compliance--Worldly today launched its most expansive supplier compliance solution, bringing together the Higg Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM), stewarded by Cascale, Foundational Environmental Performance (FEP), and the Facility Data Manager (FDM) on the platform. Regulatory and reporting timelines are tightening, and brands face growing pressure to show credible results. Supplier Compliance Management and Worldly Axion further enable due diligence and compliance as well, so brands and suppliers can meet reporting requirements and achieve improvement goals across environmental and social topics. This launch gives brands and suppliers a single place to meet those demands.
For brands, the solution supports due diligence on existing suppliers, identifying non-compliance and tracking remediation against a Code of Conduct. It also helps teams see where climate risk could disrupt supply or drive up prices, so they can act before it does. For suppliers, it replaces a cycle of repeated, overlapping requests with one assessment that serves every customer.
“In a market full of estimates and uncertainty, for a business to know its supply chain at the individual factory level is the most reliable way to manage risk, comply with regulation, and operate responsibly,” said Scott Raskin, CEO, Worldly.
One baseline for every facility
FEP sets out the baseline environmental practices expected of every facility producing consumer goods. For suppliers early in their sustainability journeys, it shows where they stand and what to address first.
Verified facility data, built for reporting and audits
Cascale introduced the Higg FEM to the industry fifteen years ago as a spreadsheet and sets the standard for both the Higg FEM and FEP. As a collaborative industry body, Cascale gives brands and suppliers a shared framework they can all measure against. Since 2019, Worldly has made it scalable to more than 45,000 users, and suppliers share their assessments more than 100,000 times a year, with each one serving an average of four brands. The new version adds guidance to help facilities finish faster, stronger water data validation, and emissions factors updated to align with the GHG Protocol.
“New legislation and regulations are arriving quickly. Thanks to Higg FEM and Worldly, we are future ready,” said Alagesan Senniappan, Executive Vice President of Quality Assurance and ESG, Eastman Exports.
“Brands now look to their preferred suppliers for sustainability commitments backed by action and tangible results, and the data behind those commitments matters,” said Abdul Azeez, AGM - EHSS, at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. in Jordan. “With Higg FEM and Worldly, we can share credible and verifiable data with our brands.”
From due diligence to action
FDM lets brands, manufacturers, and facilities track, analyze, and report environmental metrics monthly or quarterly, rather than relying solely on annual reviews. Worldly’s Insights Hub and AI solutions then turn verified facility data into answers, showing companies where risk sits and where to act first. Facilities that completed Higg FEM in 2025 made measurable progress over the year before: 61% had an energy improvement plan, up from 54%, and 48% had set Scope 1 and 2 targets, up from 41%.
“Primary data through Higg FEM has given us the common language we use with our suppliers as well as with other departments on our team, including procurement,” said Eleonora Lepri, Environmental Lead, Teddy Group. “We were able to replace generic standard emission factors with actual, far more precise figures.”
About Worldly
Worldly is the compliance and sustainability platform where consumer goods companies and their suppliers prove how their products are made, so they can report, comply, and act. Suppliers save time by reporting through one industry framework, sharing their assessments over 100,000 times annually on Worldly. Retailers and consumer goods brands get environmental, social, and chemical data together in one place, at the facility and product level. AI built on verified facility data, not estimates, turns that data into answers, showing companies where risk sits in their supply chains and where to act first. www.worldly.io
