TORONTO: Top identity-led transformation coach Hina Khan has launched ARĪVA™, a premium 12-month leadership program that combines virtual coaching, in-person summits and a human-centred AI system grounded in her transformational methodology to help entrepreneurs and executives build lasting leadership capacity.

As artificial intelligence becomes part of everyday business, Khan believes leaders shouldn’t hand their strategic thinking over to AI platforms. ARĪVA™ takes a different approach: an identity-led experience that includes a development system with several elements, live coaching and a private AI thinking partner designed to support transformation. That partner is built on Khan’s own methodology, not on general internet content.

Khan draws on her background in psychotherapy and more than 20 years of experience working with CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs around the world. The system tracks progress with Khan’s DRIFT / YOU / SHIFT framework. YOU is the member’s written identity. ARĪVA™’s components work together to create a continuous development experience:

• Two 90-minute live virtual coaching sessions each month, led by Hina Khan
• A private AI thinking partner available on demand between sessions
• 30 minutes of dedicated CEO Time each week with an AI agent for strategic priorities and decisions
• Two two-day in-person summits: an opening summit in Toronto and a year-end summit
• A peer community and salons for learning, accountability and strategic connection
• Three Becoming Sprints for applying insights to everyday leadership practice

During the Becoming Sprints, members can add optional enhanced experiences, which are immersive and designed with partners, for an additional fee.

Organizations can also enroll senior team members through an ARĪVA™ Team Seat. Each Team Seat starts with virtual onboarding, a four-week self-image intensive and an orientation to the Thinking Partner. Team members’ work stays private, and employers see only their level of engagement.
