An acquisition in Poland for Italian software company Auriga

Auriga acquired a majority stake in F1 Solutions, an established provider of banking solutions based in Warsaw

Companies

Italian software company Auriga, specialized in omnichannel banking solutions, makes a new step in its internationalization process with the acquisition of a majority stake in F1 Solutions, an innovative technology company based in Warsaw. F1 is focused on IT banking, specifically on self-service channel management, through multivendor ATM software, monitoring and cash management solutions, teller applications.

The deal - says Vincenzo Fiore, CEO and founder of Auriga - "confirms our objective of significant growth, focused on our areas of expertise, supported by a continuous search for cutting-edge solutions and by acquisitions of relevant realities, complementary to our business and already consolidated in the market".

This acquisition is a fundamental building block in Auriga's international strategy, from a technological point of view (the two companies now plan the integration of their respective solutions), but also in terms of expertise: F1's qualified analysts, developers and testers join the Auriga team, which today counts more than 300 professionals worldwide in 8 offices (Bari, Rome, Milan, London, Madrid, Pamplona, Brussels, Mexico City).

F1 Solutions is a Polish company founded in 2014. Its main solution is the F1 TPS Suite, for (mainly) cash in/out and recycling ATM management thanks to a multivendor software implementing the NDC/DDC protocol. The suite also comprises a module for monitoring/cash management and a teller management application. F1 TPS Suite is implemented on many of Poland's major banking institutions and on about 25 percent of the Region's ATMs.

As CEO Łukasz Fusiara explains, joining Auriga helps F1 Solutions "to make ourselves known internationally but also to increase business opportunities thanks to an established network".
