New chair Massimo Migliuolo to lead board with returning vice chair Jamie Norton

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.: #isaca--ISACA has installed its 2026-2027 Board of Directors during the association’s Annual General Meeting held today in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and virtually. New Board Chair Massimo Migliuolo and returning Board Vice Chair Jamie Norton will lead the global professional association that champions the workforce in fields including IT audit, governance, risk, privacy and cybersecurity.

Migliuolo, a past ISACA board director, is a globally experienced technology executive and CEO, recognized for driving innovation, scaling businesses and leading high-impact growth across international markets. He is the Founder and Director of Cedro and Kibe-two ventures he established with his sons, focusing on artificial intelligence with the aim to advance value chain optimization across retail and construction sectors.

Previously, Migliuolo was Chief Executive Officer at VADS, a company under government-controlled Telekom Malaysia, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives and expanded the companies’ regional footprint. Earlier in his career, Migliuolo spent 12 years at Cisco in senior executive roles with worldwide responsibility, including Vice President of Emerging Markets and Vice President of Mobile Operations. He also held key positions at AT&T Network Systems and Lucent Technologies, contributing to global telecommunications advancement during pivotal periods of industry evolution. Migliuolo splits his time between Malaysia and Switzerland.

Returning to board vice chair is Jamie Norton, a highly respected cybersecurity, AI safety, risk, governance and assurance expert based in Australia who currently serves as chief information security officer for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Prior to ASIC, he was a Partner with corporate advisory and restructuring firm McGrathNicol and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO/CSO) for the Australian Taxation Office. He also currently serves on the board or as an advisor to several leading organizations.

Norton has contributed to many industry initiatives and programs, including ISACA’s CISM certification, Australian Cyber Security Strategy and the ASD IRAP and Cloud programs. He is a sought-after security-industry keynote speaker and media commentator.
