Pursuant to the NCIB program which was approved by Kontrol’s board of directors and Cboe Canada, over a period which commenced on April 14, 2025 and ended on April 13, 2026, Kontrol purchased 1,398,000 common shares at an average price of $0.15 per share for a total value of $213,635.
