With support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP)-the open standard for connecting AI tools to external systems-Higher Logic Vanilla customers can now query live community data conversationally, take action on what they find, and apply AI-driven automation from inside their AI tool.

The launch addresses a structural gap in how organizations work with community data. Communities generate some of the richest, most continuously updated customer intelligence in an enterprise-covering sentiment, product feedback, support patterns, and advocacy activity-but that data has historically been locked behind manual exports and one-off reports. Higher Logic Vanilla MCP removes that friction, making it directly accessible to teams across the organization.
