COLUMBUS, Ohio: Battelle today announced the addition of Christopher Hill and Marcia Pincus to its Surface Transportation Practice within the Infrastructure Safety and Security Division, strengthening the organization’s ability to support federal transportation priorities and accelerate innovation in transportation operations, safety, and intelligent mobility.

Hill and Pincus bring decades of combined experience leading complex federal transportation programs and will help drive growth across Battelle’s federal portfolio.

“Christopher and Marcia each bring exceptional depth of experience and a proven ability to translate complex federal priorities into mission-ready solutions,” said Michael Flaherty, Division Manager. “Their leadership strengthens our ability to deliver for federal partners and advance safer, smarter, and more resilient transportation systems.”

Hill joins Battelle with extensive experience supporting federal transportation initiatives and national programs, with a focus on systems engineering, transportation operations and safety, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). He has a strong track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Pincus joins Battelle as a nationally recognized multimodal transportation leader with more than 20 years of experience leading U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) programs. She has led research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) portfolios to advance connected and automated vehicle (CV/AV/V2X) deployment, roadway safety, digital infrastructure investment, and transportation systems management and operations (TSMO).
