Microsoft customers worldwide can now discover and deploy Laurel through Microsoft Marketplace, accessing trusted solutions that accelerate innovation and business transformation with unified integration across Microsoft products.

SAN FRANCISCO: Laurel, the work intelligence platform for professional services, today announced the availability of Laurel in the Microsoft Marketplace, the unified online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Laurel customers can now discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.

Laurel helps firms unlock the full value of their time data, giving firm leaders the objective information they need to make better decisions on staffing, pricing, and capacity. By capturing work activity directly from Microsoft 365 applications including Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams, Laurel automatically converts that activity into accurate, review-ready billable time entries, helping firms recover up to 30 minutes of billable time per fee earner per day. Professional services firms including EY, Grant Thornton, Aprio, Jenner & Block, Husch Blackwell, and Wilson Sonsini already rely on Laurel.

Alongside its Marketplace listing, Laurel has achieved Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) eligible status, allowing firms to purchase Laurel through Microsoft Marketplace and apply the cost toward their existing MACC-accelerating deployment and unifying invoicing within a single Azure agreement.

For professional services firms running on Microsoft, this availability unlocks immediate benefits:

  • Integrated with the Microsoft 365 environment teams already use. Laurel captures work activity directly from Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications, automatically converting that activity into accurate, review-ready billable time entries. For professional services firms already running on Microsoft, Laurel turns time spent in familiar tools into recovered revenue, with no new applications to adopt and no change to how professionals work.
  • Connecting Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption to measurable firm outcomes. As professional services firms expand their use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Laurel captures the downstream impact - tracking AI adoption across the firm, quantifying time recaptured through AI-assisted work, and connecting Copilot usage to engagement-level profitability data. Firms get the visibility to understand exactly where AI investment is delivering value and on which matters.
  • Meeting the enterprise security bar that professional services clients require. Laurel is built on Azure with SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 42001 certification, bring-your-own-key data control, and in-region storage - meeting the security, privacy, and compliance standards that large law firms, Big Four accounting firms, and regulated enterprises require before deploying any new platform. For firms already trusting Microsoft with their most sensitive work, Laurel is built to the same standard.

"Being listed in the Microsoft Marketplace is a meaningful step in our relationship with Microsoft and adds real value for our clients. Professional services firms can now find and access Laurel alongside the tools they already rely on, and immediately start capturing more billable time and gaining visibility into what's driving profitability," said Ryan Alshak, CEO at Laurel.

“Microsoft Marketplace helps organizations and partners move faster, work smarter, and grow by connecting them with the right solutions-all in one trusted place,” said Cyril Belikoff, vice president, Microsoft Azure Product Marketing. “We’re happy to welcome Laurel to the growing Microsoft Marketplace ecosystem.”

Microsoft Marketplace is a single destination to find, try, and buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet your business objectives. Choose from a growing collection of solutions tailored to your unique needs, available both in Marketplace and directly within Microsoft products.
