SAN RAMON, Calif.: Reputation, the global leader in reputation intelligence, today announced the availability of three AI capabilities, marking a significant expansion of its AI product suite. The capabilities-Reputation IQ, AI Reputation Manager, and AI Location Presence Insights-are now available to all customers, giving enterprise brands a more powerful way to manage and improve their presence across hundreds or thousands of locations at scale.
Customer discovery is shifting rapidly, with AI-powered search increasingly determining which brands are surfaced. Recommendations are driven by signals such as review sentiment, listing accuracy, and other data that AI models prioritize.
