SAN FRANCISCO: #Careernet--Careernet, India’s leading talent solutions provider, announces its expansion into the United States (U.S.) market as part of its strategic mission to make dream careers and great teams happen to candidates and customers around the world. This milestone marks a significant step in the 25-year-old group’s legacy of excellence in talent solutions for the tech, startups, and GCC sectors. To lead this expansion, Careernet has appointed Sunil Chaudhary as Partner, Longhouse, the executive search arm of the group. Sunil will be based in San Francisco Bay Area and driving growth across the group brands consisting of Careernet, HirePro, and Longhouse.

Sunil Chaudhary is no stranger to Careernet; he has been an integral part of the early team and worked closely with the founders during those crucial years. He brings over 25 years of industry expertise, specialising in executive search, product leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. His rich background includes 15 years of leading product management at various startups in the U.S. and a decade in executive search. Most recently, at Riviera Partners, he spearheaded product and engineering leadership searches, successfully placing top-tier executives at several high-growth companies. His deep understanding of the tech and startup ecosystems, honed through years of leadership, operational experience, and strategic market insights are perfectly positioned to guide the company’s focus on enabling Tech, GCC and Startup ecosystems in the tech hubs across US with tailored solutions for leadership hiring, permanent hiring, and recruitment automation.

We are excited to welcome Sunil on board as we embark on this milestone journey. His expertise and leadership will play a key role in building our brand in the U.S. and strengthening client partnerships. With the U.S. expansion, our goal is to make dream careers and great teams happen to candidates and customers around the world. The India-US talent corridor holds immense potential and opens new doorways of solving the unique talent challenges of US-based organisations,” said Mr. Anshuman Das, CEO and Co-founder, Careernet, HirePro and Longhouse.

This strategic move positions Longhouse to address the needs of one of the largest and most dynamic talent markets in the world. Leveraging its deep expertise in technology, innovation, and global talent acquisition, the firm aims to tackle the unique challenges and opportunities present in the U.S. market. This expansion has long been part of Careernet’s growth strategy, having worked with several US based companies, helping them launch and grow in India.

The U.S. market represents a transformative opportunity for Longhouse. As the leading tech talent firm in India, we understand the unique strengths and needs of Indian talent—and now we are bringing this expertise to one of the most competitive talent landscapes globally. The next 5-10 years will be transformative for Indian startups and global companies alike and US will play a big part in this growth. We’re excited to be at the forefront of this evolution, bridging talent needs across borders and driving innovation in recruitment. The U.S. is not just a market for us—it’s a launchpad for our global growth aspirations," said Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, Partner, Longhouse.

Longhouse’s U.S. office will initially target startups and technology companies nationwide. Alongside local hiring support for US-based companies, Longhouse will also focus on helping Indian startups grow in the U.S., supporting Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and facilitating cross-border talent opportunities.
