New solution powered by AWS IoT SiteWise combines Belden's industrial data infrastructure with Edge2Web's analytics to turn plant floor data into faster, smarter operational decisions

The solution helps manufacturers drive continuous improvement across the plant floor by digitizing operations and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Belden and Edge2Web Smart Factory Insights solution combines Belden Horizon™ Data Operations with Edge2Web Factory Insights. Belden Horizon™ Data Operations connects more than 300 industrial protocols and normalizes plant data acquisition and secure transmission to AWS IoT SiteWise. Edge2Web Factory Insights, a software-as-a-service application, computes and visualizes key performance indicators such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), total effective equipment performance (TEEP), mean time between failures and mean time to repair (MTBF/MTTR), and energy consumption.
