Independent awards program recognizes the platform DMI operates to manage the full working life of enterprise and government mobile devices.
TYSONS, Va.: DMI, an AI-centric IT services provider, today announced that its MyServe platform has been named “Mobile Device Management Platform of the Year” in the 10th annual Mobile Breakthrough Awards. This year’s program drew thousands of nominations from more than 15 countries.
MyServe brings a device’s entire operating record into one view: procurement, inventory, usage, spend, support tickets, and carrier data, across every carrier and the business systems a customer already runs. Automated chargebacks, zero-use device detection, and procure-to-retire workflows turn that record into action, and employees serve themselves through a portal, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Teams.
DMI runs MyServe inside its Managed Mobility Services, with a 24x7x365 service desk and more than one million devices under management in 80 countries.
“Plenty of platforms can show you a dashboard. What matters is what happens next: the unused device that gets reclaimed, the charge that lands on the right cost center, the request that gets closed without a phone call,” said Rocky Thurston, Chief Executive Officer at DMI.
“Most platforms in the mobile management market leave everything beyond configuration or expenses to spreadsheets and swivel-chair work. MyServe unifies the whole picture, from inventory, spend, and usage to lifecycle and support,” said Steve Johansson, Managing Director, Mobile Breakthrough.
